LA & SF County Info

RGP will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers.

In accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, RGP provides notice that the job duties listed in the job posting and the job requirements listed below may be considered during the criminal background check process:

  • The candidate must perform work with integrity and in a trustworthy and reliable manner; 

  • The candidate must maintain company and client confidential and proprietary information, trade secrets, and personally identifiable information;

  • The candidate must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, privacy and information technology policies;
